At Glow10X, we strive to deliver high-quality web development services, automation solutions, and digital products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks, templates, software, automation tools, downloadable files, and online resources), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Lack of technical knowledge
Failure to read product description

Web Development & Custom Services

For custom services (website development, automation setup, consulting):
50% advance payment is non-refundable once the project has started.
If the project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered.
Once the project reaches 50% completion, no refund will be issued.
Refund eligibility depends on the project stage and agreement terms.

 

Subscription Services

If Glow10X offers subscription-based services:
You may cancel anytime.
No refund will be issued for the current billing cycle once charged.
Access will remain active until the subscription period ends.

Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If you are charged twice or a payment fails but money is deducted:
Contact us within 7 days.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing a purchased product:
Contact our support team.
We will resolve the issue or provide proper access.
Refunds will not be issued for resolvable technical issues.

 

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension of your account and access to services.
